IFNet co-organized the session, "Reducing vulnerability to floods,
droughts and other water-related natural disasters" held on August
31, 2005, with the Mekong River Commission (MRC), the Japan Bank for International
Cooperation (JBIC). This session was highlighted as the only one dealing
