Participation in IFNet is open to all who have knowledge or an experience
in flood issues and are actively involved in efforts to reduce the negative impact of floods on society and on the the natural environment.

Participation in IFNet is all free of charge. Active participation is welcomed from all of international organizations, governmental and non-governmental organizations, governmental agencies, private companies, educational and research institutes, and also from private individuals who are engaged in flood management (see. IFNet Charter ).
